Lessee Property Management for Dynamics AX

Lessee Property Management for Dynamics AX is a solution for retailers, chains and businesses that need to manage leased property from one or more landlords. Our solution, built within Dynamics AX allows customers to:

• Manage leases for many stores with many landlords
• Manage the entire lease cycle with the ability to generate the requisite financial transactions for:
  • Creation of a new lease including lease contract information, fit-out, contribution,
  • Occupation.
  • Ongoing lease management with different rent types, outgoings, rebate management, property maintenance, refurbishment etc.
  • Lease expiry and renewals
• Integrate to the PO requisition system enabling all property expenditure to be tracked and formally approved
• Integrate to the AX Project Accounting module to enable property’s and categories of information / expenditure to be tracked by project
• Manage automated lease increase by a percentage and CPI, which can be imported into the system
• Attach documents including scanned source documents to any lease or lease related transaction
• Automatically create word document templates for e.g. contracts based on information stored in the system
• Add the initial lease as a master record and have subsequent renewals shown as linked records to the main master record
• Manage sub-leases and multi-tenant leases
• Plan and report on upcoming works related to a store through the Project Accounting module with date planned tasks allocated to resources with costs
• Operate a flexible system enabling the customer to define user defined fields on the screen, define mandatory fields and remove non critical fields by user or group of user
• Have a powerful report writer that enables reports to be written from any fields in the system and thereby eliminate the tedious process of creating many reports manually from several non-integrated sources
• Have an alert system that can be set to alert by transaction due date or when records are added, changed or deleted. For example when a rebate is due, alert the accounting team
• Enable workflow and approvals to be designed for user or group for approval of lease information and related expenditure. Approvals to be able to be tracked by lease, property, purchase amount by department, employee and general ledger budget or CAPEX
